VULCAN VE30 Electric Tilt Skillet with an open base has a capacity of 30 gallons, making it a versatile and essential piece of commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants and food service establishments. There is not a lip strainer included, but the unit was completely operational when it was disconnected. It is an electric skillet, but has manual tilt. Gallon markings are stamped in at 10/20/30.
